As Vice President of our Project Management Office (PMO) for Product and Product Engineering, you will shape how NAVEX delivers by defining the engine that turns strategy into execution at scale.

What you'll do:
- Drive execution. Turn product and engineering strategy into clear plans and ensure key initiatives are delivered successfully
- Lead major programs. Oversee complex, cross-functional programs and keep them on track, on time, and aligned to business goals
- Enable team performance. Remove bottlenecks, improve planning, and increase delivery speed and predictability
- Align teams. Connect Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure priorities, dependencies, and decisions are clear
- Provide visibility. Give executives clear insight into progress, risks, and trade-offs to support decision-making
- Scale how work gets done. Build simple, effective processes and ways of working that support growth without slowing teams down
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
- 12+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related fields, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a Product &
- Engineering environment
- Strategic execution leadership. Demonstrated ability to translate product and business strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and delivered outcomes
- Cross-functional leadership and influence. Proven ability to align Product,
- Engineering, and cross-functional teams, driving decisions and outcomes without direct authority
- Product and engineering fluency. Strong understanding of Agile development, product lifecycles, and how engineering teams deliver.
- Operational scaling and continuous improvement. Track record of building simple, scalable processes that increase speed, predictability, and execution quality
- Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
- AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
