At Verizon Business Group, we continue to evolve our digital experience to better service customers and drive growth in an increasingly dynamic marketplace. We are focused on building simpler, smarter, and more effective sales experiences that help customers discover, buy and manage the solutions that matter most to them.

As a digital product manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that drive growth, increase revenue, reduce cost, and improve the digital experience for customers. You will own and evolve key digital sales and lower-funnel experiences, partnering across business, technology, analytics, legal, compliance and design teams to deliver improvements that are both customer centered and commercially impactful.

We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented product manager to help lead and optimize critical digital sale journeys. This role is ideal for someone who can navigate complexity, connect business goals to customer needs, and drive measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams. The right candidate is an equal parts product strategist, problem solver, collaborator and operator, someone who knows how to move from insight to execution and from friction to flow.

This role will also play an important part in shaping how modern product management practices show up across our business, including the thoughtful use of AI, automation, and intelligent decision to streamline workflows, improve internal efficiency, and optimize digital sales performance.

We are looking for someone who can balance strategy and execution, challenge the status quo, and help us build smarter, simpler, and more scalable digital experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build, manage and optimize e-commerce ordering and sales experiences.

  • Own key digital funnel experience, with a focus on new customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth.

  • Deliver improved business performance through lower cost of acquisition, stronger point-of-sale performance, and improve customer lifetime value.

  • Drive the ongoing evolution and enhancements of digital customer experience across the sales funnel.

  • Identify customer pain points and business opportunities through analytics, funnel performance and VoC insights, and experimentation.

  • Define product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics for initiatives that improve digital sales performance and customer experience.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams during development and implementation of digital solutions that span multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

  • Lead multiple, simultaneous digital and technical workstreams, coordinating planning, prioritization issues and resolutions and execution.

  • Monitor KPIs and business performance to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvements.

  • Help shape and scale modern product management processes, test and learn approaches, stronger prioritization, and outcome based decision making.

  • Communicate roadmap direction , progress, risks and business impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Bring a strong product thinking to ambiguous problems and help teams move forward from concept to execution with clarity and urgency.

What we're looking for:

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in product management, digital product, e-commerce or relevant role.

  • Experience with product development and management tools such as Jira, Confluence or others.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation practice to improve CX.

  • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working effectively across a complex, matrixed organization and experience influencing without direct authority.

Even better if you have on ore more of the following:

  • Experience in digital sales, e-commerce, lower funnel check out, or conversion-focusing product management.

  • Experience working with credit, fraud, risk or decision-based customer experiences.

  • Experience defining product vision and translation strategy into roadmap, requirements and measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience with AI tools and implementation.

  • B2B experience.

  • Experience working for a technology company.

  • Strong communication.

  • Empathy, curiosity, and modern product minds focused on outcomes, speed, learning and continuous improvement.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $128,000.00 - $245,000.00. The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00.
