What you'll be doing: At Verizon Business Group, we continue to evolve our digital experience to better service customers and drive growth in an increasingly dynamic marketplace. We are focused on building simpler, smarter, and more effective sales experiences that help customers discover, buy and manage the solutions that matter most to them. As a digital product manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that drive growth, increase revenue, reduce cost, and improve the digital experience for customers. You will own and evolve key digital sales and lower-funnel experiences, partnering across business, technology, analytics, legal, compliance and design teams to deliver improvements that are both customer centered and commercially impactful. We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented product manager to help lead and optimize critical digital sale journeys. This role is ideal for someone who can navigate complexity, connect business goals to customer needs, and drive measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams. The right candidate is an equal parts product strategist, problem solver, collaborator and operator, someone who knows how to move from insight to execution and from friction to flow. This role will also play an important part in shaping how modern product management practices show up across our business, including the thoughtful use of AI, automation, and intelligent decision to streamline workflows, improve internal efficiency, and optimize digital sales performance. We are looking for someone who can balance strategy and execution, challenge the status quo, and help us build smarter, simpler, and more scalable digital experiences.
