Job Title: Project Coordinator - Retail Wintel

Location(s): Berkeley Heights, NJ

Job Description

• Knowledge on Windows Client Operating Systems.
• Configuration of workstation ethernet and wireless connectivity for DNS, IPv4 and DHCP.
• Knowledge of Intune.
• Document issues and resolutions in the company ticketing system.
• Desktop/Laptop build and support.
• Deployment of new systems and administration of system deployment software.
• Knowledge of hardware and OS boot process.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP.
• Good troubleshooting skills, wirless knowledge.
• Understanding of iOS and Andriod devices.
• Following up with the vendor for hardware related issues.
• Good idea about power point and excel for reporting.
• Need to coordinate with store managers over Teams.
• Write and update SOP's.

• Excellent communication skills, Flexible working in EST and PST timings.

• Berkeley Heights, United States - local Candidates or willing to relocate only.
