Summary:

As a member of the Treasury group, this position will primarily focus on the organization's purchase card program, including serving as the liaison between all purchasing card holders and the issuing banks, providing review and oversight to the resolution of technical issues and the administration of detailed audits. In addition to ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures for all purchasing card holders, the Treasury Coordinator plays an essential role in the accurate and timely expense reporting process. This role reports directly to the Supervisor, Treasury.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and monitors company-wide purchase card activities for compliance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Manage purchase card issuance and termination process
  • Resolve technical and operational problems between the bank and cardholders as required
  • Maintain new cardholder and department administrator training documents, and provide training as needed, either local or remote
  • Perform cardholder account maintenance, such as changes to MCC restrictions, temporary and/or permanent changes to account limits, etc.
  • Data management and reporting, including cardholder listings, account status, terminations, etc.
  • Complete transaction audits and policy compliance reviews; identify exception items, unapproved, out of policy, etc. Communicate findings and recommendations
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient use of resources
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma

  • Demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced PC skills to include strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks

  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in purchasing card administration

  • Experience in energy midstream sector

  • Experience with Wells Fargo CEO Treasury Management, J.P. Morgan Treasury Management and Concur Travel & Expense Management platforms
