Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Program and Workforce Integration Lead to serve as a strategic leader responsible for integrating workforce planning, program delivery, and operational execution across U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) analytics and intelligence programs. This role operates at the contract level, ensuring alignment between workforce capabilities, Agile delivery teams, and program deliverables. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Program Manager, the Program and Workforce Integration Lead drives workforce readiness, delivery performance, and cross-team integration while advancing Lean Agile, DevSecOps, and IT governance best practices. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate mission priorities into coordinated workforce and delivery outcomes. Support will be provided across multiple mission locations:

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
