Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced SCADA Controls Manager I or II to join our Solar group responsible for providing project management and design leadership, as well as effective customer relationship management with new and existing customers. Support our continued growth by aiding in the development, roll-out and execution of early-stage Solar planning and development service offerings and providing technical support throughout the testing and commissioning of Solar projects. Location: Any home base location in the United States; preference given to those that can work from MN-HQ or Denver office (other regional offices will be considered) Travel: Ability to travel 30% to 50% This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location. RESPONSIBILTIES

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
