Educator Right At School provides local school districts with before and after-school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! Part-Time Sub/Floating After-School Staff We Call Our Educators! Location/District: Inside the Duncanville Area School (may be asked to work at different site locations based of needs) Educator Pay Rate: $15-$17 (based on education and experience) Program Hours: Sub/On-Call- Monday through Friday 3:00 pm-6:00 pm (must be able to work Monday through Friday) Sub role- this is a sub role to cover site locations within our districts in Duncanville and Cedar Hill area after-school sites on an as-needed basis between the hours of 3:00 pm-6:00 pm Monday through Friday. You'll drive the mission by: Daily Program Meetings: Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability. Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program's objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness activities and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages. Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management. Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. These may include documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations. Communication: Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
