Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 7-10 years of experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technology-driven environment
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment
• Strong organizational and problem-tracking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation including user guides, internal wikis, and process documentation
• Partner with QA and engineering teams to track, document, and resolve product issues
• Manage documentation libraries, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with established standards
• Create release notes, tutorials, and help content to support product launches and updates
• Collaborate with marketing to develop product copy for websites, packaging, and promotional materials
• Build training materials and educational content to drive product adoption and user success
• Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to improve usability and refine messaging
• Document and communicate production issues in real time, supporting shop-floor operations
• Organize, track, and escalate technical issues with a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
