Qualifications That Count

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (may substitute for education)
• Experience with equipment reliability practices preferred
• Background in building maintenance or construction strongly preferred
• PLC experience is a plus

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily production line issues to ensure equipment reliability and process compliance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and support systems to reduce downtime.
• Support and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS and reliability best practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to track trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in developing and updating SOPs, maintenance plans, and equipment reliability strategies.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and fixtures, as well as light painting and touch-ups.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment such as filters, dehumidifiers, air handling units, and fire extinguishers.
• Monitor and maintain support systems including air compressors, dust collection systems, and HVAC components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and recommend improvements or external vendor support when necessary.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a cGMP-compliant work environment, including proper use of PPE.
