What You'll Do

• Manage customer service inquiries from web, email, and phone channels
• Process orders and quotations using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
• Enter and track sales orders accurately in Oracle systems
• Resolve order issues and ensure timely customer updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment

What You'll Need

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• ERP experience (Oracle or SAP preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
