Chaska, MN

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7 PM - 4 AM + Fridays | 7 PM - 11 PM (Hours may vary)

What Fuels Success Here:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous mechanical experience
  • Able to work on an electric assembly
  • 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus)
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
  • Experience using CMMS/SAP for work orders and maintenance tracking preferred
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) and ability to read diagrams/blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

What You'll Be Doing



  • Follow all safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in daily operations
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility assets
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
  • Support equipment overhauls, upgrades, and new equipment installations
  • Monitor and execute assigned work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
  • Update work orders with accurate notes, failure codes, labor hours, and materials in SAP by end of shift
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate high-risk equipment issues to maintenance leadership
  • Collaborate with planners and parts coordinators to ensure materials are available for scheduled work
  • Inspect parts and material kits in advance to confirm readiness for upcoming jobs
  • Provide real-time line support by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and documenting unresolved items
  • Generate parts requests and follow MRO procedures to maintain proper inventory levels
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams on equipment status and risks
