What You'll Need to Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using SAP and Oracle required
• 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse administration
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and process outgoing shipments for finished products
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists
• Schedule and communicate with carriers for pickup and delivery
• Accurately enter and maintain shipping data in company systems
• Ensure shipments are accurate and leave on schedule
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to resolve shipping issues
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
