A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, business/operations management, or a related technical field 5+ years of operations management experience within an electronics or related environment preferred Strong knowledge of production and warehouse operations Ability to lead large teams Strong WMS/ERP and MS Excel skills Able to lift 25 lbs. Duties and Responsibilities: Review daily, weekly, and monthly production plans with Production Planning Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address any performance gaps in KPIs Direct warehouse strategies to ensure inventory integrity and optimized space utilization, supporting the material flow requirements for all production lines. Ensure compliance with process, 6S culture, ESD, ISO, safety, and client audits Oversee new product introductions to secure smooth transitions Collaborate across departments to align operational strategies Mentor production and warehouse supervisors and workforce optimization to drive accountability and cross-training. Leverage WMS/ERP systems and data analytics to optimize inventory flow, monitor production efficiency, and generate operational reports.
