Current RN license Certified in CPR & PPD Prefer 2 years of clinical experience Patient Care: Develop, implement, and evaluate Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to manage acute medical issues and promote rehabilitation. Medication Administration: Manage medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with nursing and pharmacy guidelines. Assessment & Monitoring: Identify symptoms of physical/emotional illness, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition. Leadership: Supervise and instruct Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and paraprofessional staff (DSP).
