What Gets You Hired

• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and solid math skills
• Ability to analyze problems, interpret data, and make sound decisions
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures, operating instructions, and manuals
• Capable of preparing routine reports and documentation
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to participate in a facility walk-through as part of the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of inventory management or tool crib experience
• Background in parts retail or industrial supply environments
• Experience with EQUIPAC or similar inventory management systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull carts as needed
• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, and temperature changes
• Comfortable performing tasks requiring varying levels of physical and motor skills

What's Expected Each Shift

This safety-sensitive role is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing tools, parts, and equipment to support production operations. You will maintain accurate inventory using barcode and computerized systems, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and support multiple tool crib locations. Additional responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, assisting with facility-related projects, and ensuring a well-organized, efficient work environment.
