1st Shift: Must work weekends

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.



  • 2+ years of experience incustoms brokerage, freight forwarding, or import operations
  • Experience processing entries usingABI/ACE systems
  • Strong knowledge ofHTS classification and U.S. import regulations
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies (FDA, USDA, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with brokerage platforms such asCargoWise, Descartes, or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume entries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Licensed Customs Broker (not required but highly valued)
  • Experience handlinghigh-volume import entries
  • Knowledge ofanti-dumping / countervailing dutiesand special regulatory filings
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus


Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and transmit customs entries through ABI/ACE systems
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Classify imported goods using theHarmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
  • File and manageISF (10+2) filingsand entry summaries
  • Coordinate withCBP and Participating Government Agencies (FDA, USDA, Fish & Wildlife, CPSC, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve customs holds, exams, or documentation issues
  • Communicate with importers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support post-entry corrections when required
  • Ensure all entries meet regulatory and company compliance standards
