What Gets You Hired

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience preferred, but willing to train
• Previous print industry experience
• Strong mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess excellent organization skills
• Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on the production schedule
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
• Frequent standing and walking, as well as occasionally stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crouching

What a Typical Shift Looks Like

• Operate the offset press efficiently and effectively.
• Work on offline machines to assist in various printing tasks.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain quality control by checking colors, alignment, and print quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Assist in training new team members on press operations.
• Web press experience preferred, including a combination folder.
• Ability to manage a crew of up to three employees with a competitive schedule.
• Ability to troubleshoot press and quality-related problems and take the appropriate steps to remedy the problem.
• Assist the Press Room Manager in all duties.
