We are seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to lead the development of high-quality, strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other client-facing materials within the PBM and specialty pharmacy space.

This individual will play a critical role in supporting business development efforts by crafting compelling, accurate, and timely proposals that clearly communicate our value. The ideal candidate is both a strong writer and a highly organized project manager, capable of translating complex healthcare concepts into persuasive content.

• Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
• Collaborate with marketing, subject matter experts, and sales teams to craft compelling, strategic messaging
• Translate complex PBM and healthcare topics into clear, engaging content
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring all inputs, edits, and approvals are delivered on schedule
• Research industry trends, market insights, and competitive positioning to strengthen proposal content
• Partner with sales and advisory teams to tailor responses to each opportunity
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates, content libraries, and internal resources
• Identify inefficiencies in the proposal process and implement improvements
• Develop high-quality written content including RFP responses, case studies, white papers, and presentations
• Support broader content marketing initiatives that drive engagement and lead generation
• Ensure all materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Adhere to all company policies, including information security standards

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in the PBM or healthcare industry (required)
• Strong experience writing and managing RFP/RFI responses
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with RFP management tools such as Responsive, Loopio, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organized, process-driven, and collaborative

• 3-5+ years of proposal writing experience within a professional services or B2B environment
• Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams on proposal strategy
• Familiarity with best practices for proposal development and content management
