How You'll Make It Happen:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Quote parts for employee purchase orders
• Make phone calls to collect payment
• Scan and file B.O.Ls
• Send documents through Adobe for signature
• Assist managers with projects
• Making labels, laminating, filing, and record retention
• OAR research and reporting
• Entering data in Excel
• Calling dealers for overdue returns
• Processing parts order returns
• Sending RF scanners out for repair
• Daily budget tracking and reporting
• Sending tracking info for orders
• Will be waving outbound orders for the second shift Dealers' Stock Orders
