Min USD $100,000.00/Yr. Max USD $125,000.00/Yr. Job Summary *Location: This is a hybrid position, subject to WaFd Bank's guidelines. The Senior Commercial Appraisal Job Manager is responsible for engaging and reviewing external appraisals, and monitoring the appraisal process on all commercial property types. The reviewer will ensure compliance with Bank policies, Federal and State regulations including FIRREA and USPAP and reasonableness of value conclusions. Assignments will be moderate to complex; and coordination of multi-property portfolios is not unusual. Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on simply being kind when servicing our co-workers and clients. Key Functions:
Work with the bank's lending associates to identify and define the scope of work necessary to produce credible and compliant results, including the selection and engagement of valuation professionals to complete each assignment.
