The expected base salary range for this position is between 82,400.00 USD - 108,150.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you'll play a critical role in keeping iconic brands like Method and Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day on shelves and in homes by ensuring the right finished goods are in the right place at the right time. In this role, you'll lead Finished Goods planning across our external manufacturing network, balancing demand, inventory, and service performance in a fastpaced, purposedriven environment. You'll also own Finished Goods readiness for New Product Launches, partnering closely with Marketing, Commercial, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to bring innovation to market seamlessly. From proactively mitigating supply risks to continuously optimizing inventory across the distribution network, your work will directly support both business growth and customer satisfaction. Success in this role comes from strong crossfunctional collaboration, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear, confident planning decisions.
