About the Role We're seeking a Director of Human Resources who will lead our employee relations strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. This role is at the heart of our culture-guiding leaders through complex employee situations, ensuring fair and consistent practices, and fostering a workplace where people feel respected, supported, and empowered. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends people leadership, compliance expertise, and emotional intelligence. You'll also play a key role in advancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and leveraging technology - including AI tools - to enhance how we support our team.
