Job Summary:

The Human Capital Partner (HCP) supports the Senior Human Capital Partner and the broader Kellogg Human Capital team in delivering a full range of HR services across the Kellogg. This role blends generalist HR support, talent acquisition coordination, staff development programming, and operational excellence. The HCP partners with a defined client group to provide day to day HR guidance.

The role contributes to initiatives in performance and talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation processes, and organizational development. It also plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting community building efforts in collaboration with Community & Engagement. The HCP may lead short term projects and collaborates closely with Senior HCPs and the Human Capital Director to ensure consistent, high quality HR service delivery.

Specific Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Client Support

  • Provide generalist HR support to assigned, addressing day to day questions and escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Assist with the execution of annual and cyclical HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues in partnership with Senior HCPs, ensuring timely and appropriate outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Pull people operations reports, as needed.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

  • Partner with Senior HCPs to coordinate recruiting activities and support staffing needs across assigned client groups. May support and facilitate full cycle recruitments as needed.
  • Support hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a cohesive, positive candidate experience that reflects Kellogg's culture.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to promote early engagement and successful integration.

Talent & Staff Development

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of staff development programs; Contribute to initiatives that promote career progression, skill-building, and leadership readiness.
  • Help recommend programming or resources that enhance employee growth and capability. Partner with Sr. Human Capital Partners to identify development needs and create supporting resources or programs.

Community & Engagement Partnership

  • Collaborate with the Community & Engagement team to support and facilitate community building programming that enhances belonging, connection, and employee experience.
  • Help identify opportunities for staff involvement in community focused initiatives and support the execution of events, programs, and engagement activities.

Project & Change Support

  • Lead or support short term HR projects with defined scope and deliverables.
  • Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Miscellaneous

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of HR-related experience, preferably in a generalist or talent acquisition capacity.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience building strong client relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.

Target hiring range for this position will be $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
