Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $60,000 (minimum) - $78,000 (midpoint) - $96,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: A Credit and Collections Specialist I is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including tracking and invoicing customers, and reconciling accounts.

  • Credit Analysis: A Credit and Collections Specialist I is responsible for analyzing customer credit reports, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations on credit limits.

  • Collections: A Credit and Collections Specialist I is responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding balances, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment plans.

  • Customer Service: A Credit and Collections Specialist I is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.

  • Reporting: A Credit and Collections Specialist I is responsible for preparing reports on accounts receivable balances, collection activities, and other metrics related to credit and collections.

Key Skills:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: The ability to manage the accounts receivable process, including tracking and invoicing customers, and reconciling accounts.

  • Credit Analysis: The ability to analyze customer credit reports, assess creditworthiness, and make recommendations on credit limits.

  • Collections: The ability to contact customers to collect outstanding balances, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans.

  • Customer Service: The ability to provide excellent customer service to customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.

  • Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

  • Technology Proficiency: The ability to use financial software and tools to manage accounts receivable data, generate reports, and analyze financial performance.

  • Time Management: The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new challenges.
