Content Design Producer - Technical

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA (local candidates only).

This role supports cross-functional collaboration between Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver and manage content and asset systems. The focus is on ensuring creative assets are tracked, delivered, and maintained efficiently across platforms and regions while continuously improving workflows and processes.

• 5-7 years of experience in content production, asset management, or technical production
• Passion for digital content operations with a strong foundation in asset lifecycle management
• Proficient in asset management and CMS platforms, with strong organizational and tracking skills
• Familiar with content workflows, publishing pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Skilled in collaborating with Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset and a focus on process improvement

In this role, you will support the intake, tracking, and delivery of creative assets across multiple platforms and formats.

You'll partner with Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of assets. This includes managing ticket intake, maintaining dashboards, coordinating asset handoffs, and tracking assets throughout their lifecycle.

You will also support CMS implementation and maintenance, ensure assets meet technical specifications, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in content production, digital media, operations, or related disciplines
• Experience working with asset management systems and CMS platforms
• Experience in a technology company is preferred
• Familiarity with regional content considerations and global asset distribution is a plus

• This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA and requires local residency while working remotely
• The pay for this W-2 position is $77.47 per hour in Culver City, CA and $86.26 per hour in Cupertino, CA
• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
