WHAT YOU WILL DO The Energy Rental Service Supervisor will manage and oversee the Energy and Rental service technicians, including work, prioritizing repairs, and ensuring efficient workflow. Individuals will be responsible for packaging industrial engines and other powertrain components for shipment and/or storage, assist in the inventory management of OEM and aftermarket components for industrial engines. Reporting directly to the Energy Rental Manager and will be responsible for leveraging CDL license to move large gensets between company facilities, provide technician services for EV and FCEV vehicles and maintain compliance with safety standards, regulations and company policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Investigate & document events of work-related Injury and/or property damages. Maintain effective work, vacation and training scheduled for assigned staff. Submit accurate time records related to work performed and/or hours worked. Provide prompt, courteous contact with customers and direct service as appropriate. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma required, college and/or business management preferred. Previous experience as a supervisor or a similar management position in transportation industry. Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and on-call hours as required. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and a strong customer service focus. A sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive for success. Excellent communication skills.
