We are seeking a Medical Enablement Lead to elevate and streamline execution across the US Medical Team supporting Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes (EaRS). In this strategic role, you will strengthen crossportfolio impact by optimizing processes, systems, and collaboration across the medical organization.

About the role

As the Medical Enablement Lead, you will be a pivotal connector within the US Medical EaRS organization-aligning medical strategic planning with field execution to ensure operational excellence. You'll enhance team efficiency, optimize digital platforms including CRM and content systems, and drive cohesive execution of key medical initiatives. This role partners deeply across field medical, global medical, operations, analytics, and digital/IT teams to deliver highquality, compliant, and scalable medical operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the overall process for national conferences.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and integrate systems and solutions with impacts across the portfolio, such as Veeva Medical Insights.
  • Lead internal process for field-based projects originated from Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Medical Outcome Liaison (MOL) in EaRS.
  • Identify system and platform needs that integrate medical strategic planning with field execution, including KPI and insights implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Implement processes, procedures, and systems to ensure operational excellence across the EaRS product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with global medical communities to identify and implement best practices within the US EaRS team.
  • Provide operational leadership across projects through influence.
  • Partner with Field Team leaders to drive updates to Field Team CRM and View360.
  • Ensure executional excellence through effective use of internal digital assets and content management systems.

Who you'll work with

  • US Medical EaRS leadership and cross-portfolio medical strategy partners.
  • Field Medical leaders, including Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Medical Outcome Liaison (MOL) teams.
  • Commercial and Market Access partners to align execution with compliant customer engagement.
  • Medical Operations, Insights/Analytics, and Digital/IT teams to enable KPI tracking, CRM (e.g., View360) updates, and content governance.
  • External vendors and congress logistics partners to deliver meeting planning and execution.

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years(non-doctoral) or 5 years (doctoral) biopharmaceutical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of operations and processes in medical affairs.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration and excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in contracting, negotiation, vendor management expertise and system implementation.
  • High ethics and compliance awareness.

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $148k-$194k annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
