JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are seeking a Medical Enablement Lead to elevate and streamline execution across the US Medical Team supporting Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes (EaRS). In this strategic role, you will strengthen crossportfolio impact by optimizing processes, systems, and collaboration across the medical organization. About the role As the Medical Enablement Lead, you will be a pivotal connector within the US Medical EaRS organization-aligning medical strategic planning with field execution to ensure operational excellence. You'll enhance team efficiency, optimize digital platforms including CRM and content systems, and drive cohesive execution of key medical initiatives. This role partners deeply across field medical, global medical, operations, analytics, and digital/IT teams to deliver highquality, compliant, and scalable medical operations. What You'll Do

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $148k-$194k annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
