About the Role

The Senior Paid Media Specialist is a strategic, handson marketer responsible for leading the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of complex, multichannel paid media campaigns. This role partners closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to drive measurable impact, scale highperforming programs, and continuously improve return on investment across paid channels. This position plays a critical role in shaping paid media strategy, mentoring junior teammates, and influencing budget and channel decisions in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization ofmultichannel paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive, datadriven paid media plans aligned to business, sales, and marketing objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on paid media platforms, trends, and best practices within aB2B technology environment.
  • Own campaign performance analysis, translating data into insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategy refinement, and budget reallocation.
  • Identify and recommend new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and incremental budget investments
  • Partner crossfunctionally with marketing, sales, partners, and agencies to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage and forecast paid media budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee advertising invoicing and collaborate with finance teams to ensure budget accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to junior paid media team members.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic priorities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of handson experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of paid advertising channels, tactics, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to business outcomes.
  • Proven experience working in aB2B marketing environment.
  • Ability to manage complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and priorities.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers.
  • Advanced experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and attribution models.
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendor partners.
