Description Stephens Hospital Clerical/Administrative Support Summary: As part of the Access to Care team, you work in close communication with our other case managers at StephensHospital and across the MaineHealth system to address Social Drivers of Health and provide healthcare navigation and financial resource strain for our patients. Team members utilize a variety of tools, systems, and resources to match patientneeds with available resources.The Case Manager - Prescription Assistance role is responsible for interacting with medical providers, pharmacy staff, and staff at pharmaceutical companies to research and resolve recurring and/or urgent medication needs, administer and track the status of Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) applications, advocate on behalf of members, screen program members for eligibility for local/state/federal programs, and assist with finding community resources.
