Reporting to the Compensation Manager, you won’t just be "entering data"—you’ll be a vital resource for our financial advisors, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced, creative, and supportive environment.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you are the backbone of our billing integrity. You’ll be trusted to:
- Establish and maintain billing data with high precision
- Educate and assist financial advisors and internal teams on fee billing procedures, serving as a helpful guide and problem-solver
- Manage advisor data within our commission software and take the lead on quarterly advisory fee audits
- Create, audit, and manipulate complex MS Excel spreadsheets to drive project success
- Document Department procedures and take the lead on fee-related internal projects with high autonomy
What You Bring
We are looking for a teammate who is proactive, resourceful, and truly enjoys working with complex data sets.
- 2–5 years in finance or wealth management is a preferred, but your drive and skill set matter most
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required. You should be someone who "speaks Excel" fluently
- You embrace new technology and look for ways to use it to work smarter, not harder.
- Candidates who take high levels of ownership in their work can be eligible to be considered for future advancement
- You can translate complex numbers into clear, professional communication for both internal and external clients

- This is a full-time in office salaried position; 8: 00am - 5: 00pm with opportunity to flex your hours after 1 year
