Associate Program Manager The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Associate Program Manager to be responsible for the development and implementation of time study-related programs aligned with Medicaid objectives. The Associate Program Manager will monitor and evaluate time study performance time to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with healthcare professionals, internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners to support effective participation and overall program success. The position prepares detailed reports on study progress, outcomes, and compliance. This role identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues that may impact data quality or program implementation. This position assists with budget preparation and management of programs to ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and program standards. The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and training to staff involved in time study processes. This position requires staying current on healthcare policies, time study methodologies, and industry best practices, and coordinating or participating in meetings, trainings, workshops, and other related activities. Salary Range: $101,692 - $134,908/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING General Experience: Eight years of professional experience in a broad range of professional unit functions. Substitutions Allowed: 1) College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor’s degree. 2) A Master’s degree in a related field or a law degree may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
