Position Overview

Work Force, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry Specialist to support the legal file management operations of our international affiliate. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of legal records within the ILSL Legal File System. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a production-heavy environment and possess an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Compensation Structure

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation model that rewards efficiency and precision:

• Production Wages:  $250.00 USD per successfully processed and verified file. (Each file consists of approximately 500 data points).

• Operational Hourly Rate:  $9.80 USD per hour to cover administrative engagement and operational availability.

• Total Earning Potential:  High-performing specialists can significantly increase their earnings based on file volume and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain 500+ data points per file within the ILSL Legal File System.

• Verify the accuracy of sensitive legal documentation and resolve data discrepancies.

• Adhere to strict data security protocols to safeguard proprietary information.

• Provide daily work reports and maintain consistent communication with the HR Team Lead.

• Coordinate the setup of a security-hardened, managed workstation (provisioned by the company).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.

• High typing speed (WPM) with a near-perfect accuracy rate.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and secure cloud-based platforms.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.

• Strong understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
