Administrative Trainee The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee to support the Associate Program Manager in coordinating and executing all activities related to the time study program. Key responsibilities include entering and analyzing sampled workforce activity data, managing user access and permissions within the time study system, and tracking participant updates and roster changes. The role also involves evaluating the impact of policies on coding and reimbursement, using statistical analysis to identify performance trends, summarizing findings, and preparing reports for leadership. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards and assisting with the training of other system users as needed. Salary Range: $66,558 - $85,778/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.
