The Market Relations Manager will provide designated support to agencies as part of the Agency Engagement Model. Their primary responsibility is forging effective relationships with aligned agencies for the overarching objective of increased agency satisfaction, ultimately supporting new sales and retention objectives. Must have valid drivers license Frequent travel for client visits, training, meetings, events, etc.. Must reside in Miami, FL or surrounding area
What You'll Be Doing Relationship Performance Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with aligned agencies via routine proactive visits, touchpoints and communication Achieve a differentiated understanding of the agencies' organizations and business processes, both formal and informal Identify agencies' trends and pain points in order to proactively provide training, education and internal solutioning Educate agencies on Florida Blue's sales processes, products, policies and procedures Communicate state and federal legislation impacts and assist agencies and/or groups with implementing procedures to support legislative changes Build strong partnerships with internal and external partners who support the servicing and selling of our products
Account Service Performance Responsibilities
Act as a liaison and primary point of contact between agencies and internal/external business partners Act as point of contact for specific 100+ non-standard groups Manage resolution of escalated/complex issues in collaboration with sales support and internal business partners Utilize problem-solving skills and influence with internal key stakeholders to innovate, enhance, and implement processes and systems capabilities, to meet the unique needs of the agencies Provide agency requested group level support for enrollment meetings and materials, presentation of wellness initiatives, analytical data (reports, health care assessments, etc.) and other administrative support, as needed Manage and ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the group's plan and benefits throughout the policy term
Development and Administrative Performance Responsibilities
Manage own personal and professional development Manage time, territory, costs and administrative requirements by effectively planning and carrying out plans to ensure that support activities are achieved Comply with state and regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures Demonstrate ability to act as change-agent and successfully facilitate adoption of change
What We Require
2+ years related work experience in service, marketing or sales position preferably in the health career employee benefits area Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience 2-15 Resident Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License within 90 days of hire Valid Drivers License Upon Hire Ability to identify and address complex business issues Strong problem-solving skills, excellent presentation, written, and communication skills Traveling on a daily basis is required, as well as possible overnight stays Incumbent may need to reside in the area where the position is housed Ability to facilitate multi-functional work groups; demonstrated team/collaborative skills

Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences). Frequently may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions of cold, heat, wet, and humidity. Occasionally exposed to warehouse conditions of loud noises, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and mists. Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, or other equipment when necessary

Annualized Salary Range: $59,800 - $97,100
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
