JOB LOCATION

Hybrid - Onsite Location: DHIP Administrative Offices RTP - 4825 Creekstone Dr

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking ahighly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialistto support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians by coordinating processes, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting healthcare teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Coordinate and facilitate iForms requests for position creation
  • Support creation and tracking of requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets by collecting required documentation and submitting materials PRMO
  • Maintain and update onboarding checklists within internal systems (DMR)
  • Manage updates and content on the team SharePoint site
  • Coordinate distribution and tracking of new clinician surveys
  • Oversee team procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions
  • Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed



JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
