Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a position with a client in the logistics and transportation space based in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay range: $60-80/hr W2 depending on experience

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a remote team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic Salesforce resource for our clients, leading day-to-day platform administration, driving configuration and optimization initiatives, and collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations teams to align Salesforce with business goals.
This is a senior-level, client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced consulting environment. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, onsite workshops, or team engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow automation
  • Develop and maintain flows, process builders, and approval processes to support business operations
  • Manage data quality initiatives including deduplication, import/export, and ongoing data hygiene
Integration & Systems Alignment
  • Support and administer Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms (marketing automation, ERP, data warehouse, CPQ, etc.)
  • Partner with internal and client technical teams to design scalable integration architectures and data flows
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and platform issues, escalating complex technical matters as appropriate
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom report types to support client and internal stakeholder needs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce reporting solutions
  • Proactively identify data gaps and recommend improvements to support better decision-making
Client Engagement & Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert for clients
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops
  • Communicate platform updates, project status, and technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document processes, system configurations, and best practices for client knowledge transfer
Governance & Best Practices
  • Maintain and enforce Salesforce governance standards including change management, release planning, and sandbox environments
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools; proactively recommend relevant enhancements
  • Mentor junior Salesforce resources and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); additional certifications strongly preferred (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration: flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, security model, and data management
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce integrations with external platforms and APIs
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills, including advanced dashboards and custom report types
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements or workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-direction
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Salesforce consulting, managed services, or hire-train-deploy environment
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations (RevOps) frameworks and multi-platform data architecture
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
  • Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Zapier
  • Background in fintech, payments, financial services, or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience using Salesforce Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or similar data management tools
