POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, this position supports the Human Resources department by assisting with daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role works closely with HR leadership to ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are implemented effectively while providing support to employees and management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job openings on job boards
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks on job applicants. (Essential)
- Process paperwork (background check & drug test)
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare onboarding documents and orientation materials
- Ensure new hires complete required forms (I-9, benefits enrollment, etc.)
- Ensure completeness of new hire folder and follow up on documents needed.
- Coordinate employee departures and exit interviews
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain HRIS and employee files
- Manage all active, terminated, and temporary employee records (Essential)
- Ensure documentation complies with employment laws
- Prepare and update job descriptions; compile EEO and all other HR reporting as needed. (Essential)
Employee Relations Support
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support HR in handling disciplinary documentation and investigations
Benefits & Compliance
- Help employees with benefits enrollment and questions
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist with HR audits, reports, and documentation
Other Duties
- Coordinate on-site training programs and office events (i.e. lunch and learns, holiday party
- Act as a back-up for Receptionist duties. (Essential)
- Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Sociology or related field or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
Experience
- Zero (0) to Four (4) years of work-related experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
