Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite) We're looking for an AV professional to lead room builds, coordinate daily operations, and manage vendor relationships. This is a hybrid role combining functional/project coordination with some handson technical work. You'll need a strong technical foundation, but this is not a 100% toolson technician role. Key Responsibilities * Manage endtoend AV room builds from planning to golive. * Oversee vendor relationships, pricing, contracts, and quality. * Provide highlevel troubleshooting and break/fix support when needed. * Track rooms, warranties, and assets in ServiceNow. * Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. * Deliver clear communication to leadership and provide executive-level support. * Own onsite AV operations, budgeting, and roadmap alignment. Required Experience * 4+ years as an AV specialist with strong technical knowledge. * Experience with MTR, Logitech, Crestron, and camera systems. * Proven ability to manage projects, vendors, and daily AV operations. * Comfortable balancing coordination, planning, and some technical support. * Handson corporate AV experience. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
