*UX/UI Designer - Advertising & Platform Experiences*
*Overview* We are seeking a deliveryfocused UX/UI Designer to support the design of advertising and monetization experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in systemdriven environments, enjoys designing scalable components, and can translate complex platform requirements into clear, usable experiences. You will work end to end, from defining workflows and system logic to delivering productionready designs. This position has a strong emphasis on modular ad components, platform configuration workflows, and documentation that supports both frontend and backend implementation. *Key Responsibilities* * Design endtoend UX/UI experiences for advertising and monetization features across web and mobile platforms. * Create scalable, modular design systems, including native ad units and reusable component libraries. * Produce clear and structured design artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, system diagrams, and configuration models. * Deliver productionready designs in Figma using best practices for components, autolayout, and shared libraries. * Collaborate closely with crossfunctional partners including Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Segmentation teams. * Define and document ad placement behaviors, eligibility logic, backend dependencies, and platform workflows. * Contribute design recommendations that help evolve and expand advertising capabilities over time. * Support platformfocused UX work related to backend systems, configuration tools, and workflowdriven experiences. * Maintain consistency, quality, and clarity through componentbased design principles and detailed specifications. * Balance a consultative design approach with efficient execution in a fastmoving environment. *Required Qualifications* * 3-6+ years of UX/UI design experience across web and mobile platforms. * Intermediate proficiency in Figma, including components, autolayout, prototyping, and library management. * Proven experience designing scalable, modular systems such as native ad components or design kits. * Strong ability to create clear workflows, journey maps, and structured design documentation. * Solid understanding of UI fundamentals, including layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual precision. * Experience collaborating with crossfunctional partners across product, engineering, and business teams. * High attention to detail with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work methodically and deliver highquality output in structured, evolving environments. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience designing advertising products, native ads, or digital monetization features. * Familiarity with platform or systembased tools, configuration workflows, or backenddriven UX. * Experience working with segmentation or targeting logic that influences user or ad experiences. * Strong interest in workflow design, system mapping, and backend interaction modeling. * Experience contributing to largescale, crosschannel, or enterprise design ecosystems. * Basic familiarity with HTML or how designs translate into production environments. *Why This Role* This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling advertising and monetization experiences across platforms.
