*Universal Advisor - Job Description* Work Environment
Training will be hybrid. On site 3 days a week and home on Mon and Fri. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN AN HOUR OF WARREN, MI, OR BE WILLING TO COMMUTE TO THE SITE AS NEEDED. Schedule: Need to open to work any shift Monday through Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturdays 9am -9pm (all possibilities, but won't work 6 days per week). *Position Summary* Universal Advisors are responsible for managing daytoday customer interactions across multiple communication platforms. This role supports team leaders in building strong relationships with customers, internal team members, dealership personnel, the Field organization, Brand Quality, and various leaders. Universal Advisors are trained to deliver a seamless, luxurylevel experience by assisting with Customer Assistance, Marketing Support, EV and Connectivity inquiries, and general customer concerns or feedback. The ultimate goal is to cultivate a team of highly skilled Advisors who can universally support customers with empathy, technical expertise, and high-quality service. *Key Responsibilities* *Customer Experience & Team Collaboration* * Create and promote a team culture centered on the luxury customer experience while supporting operational excellence and a vibrant, engaging workplace. * Handle customer cases in a timely manner, offering thoughtful and unique solutions that reflect empathy, understanding, and high-quality service. * Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to team leaders and Senior Advisors regarding case status and resolutions. *Technical Support* * Troubleshoot vehicle connectivity concerns, including WiFi, Infotainment systems, and Mobile App support for both Android and iOS users. * Identify root causes of customer issues and propose corrective action plans. *Cross-team Support & Quality Assurance* * Support team members in resolving escalated customer situations as needed. * Participate in weekly Quality Audits with team leaders to identify improvement opportunities in performance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction. * Deliver feedback and case insights to team leaders and Senior Advisors. *Performance & Administrative Accountability* * Meet or exceed KPI targets such as service level, Customer Satisfaction scores, and ontime activity completion. * Document all customer interactions thoroughly, including followups with customers, dealers, and Field staff. * Support ongoing process improvement efforts to elevate the Tier 1 luxury customer experience and set new performance benchmarks. *Required Skills & Qualifications* *Skills* * Customer Service & Support * Technical Troubleshooting * Call Center Operations * CRM Proficiency * Automotive Knowledge (preferred) * Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written) * Customer Empathy & Problem-Solving * Multi-tasking & Case Management *Qualifications* * 1+ years of experience in an automotive customer service role (preferred) * 2+ years of customer service experience; luxury brand experience strongly preferred * Strong technical proficiency with both Android and Apple mobile devices * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to adapt to ambiguity and fast-paced environments * Ability to manage multiple cases/projects within tight timelines * Strong reading comprehension and communication skills *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
