Process Direct Mail Reimbursements Review eligibility files, utilizing a checklist for approvals Research, resolve and respond to client emails within standard Company guidelines Attend internal and client-facing Teams meetings Answer ad hoc client calls Complete Operations/Eligibility CSR inquiry forms Manage Pharmacy Workflow Eligibility/NIS queue Help manage the admin portal Add/remove client users Provide Audit support Perform Network/Benefit testing Support CAA/RDS/OCC3 Pull ad hoc reports for Account Management Support Network/Benefit Configuration teams with ad hoc projects Provide Customer Service call support as needed Work collaboratively across departments to accomplish goals and meet deadlines Assist with member card and correspondence mailings Other duties as assigned Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.93 - $19.93/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
