Position Details:

As part of the Anxiety Disorder Center team, you will report to Director, Pediatric OCD Intensive Service. You will work one-on-one with patients both inside and outside of Child Mind Institute in New York City, using your CMI training in evidence-based interventions including exposure and response prevention (ERP) used to treat children struggling with OCD and other anxiety disorders. In addition to direct patient care, you will maintain regular clinical notes, help with data gathering, and attend all supervision and team meetings. This is a non-exempt, full-time, hybrid position. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor, in our NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.

You Will:

• Provide one-on-one, direct care to Child Mind Institute patients.

• Observe diagnostic evaluations and help with treatment planning.

• Attend daily meetings with OCD Service team to discuss patient and family goals, progress, and challenges.

• Enter patient data and report findings.

• Provide detailed progress notes for each patient to supervisors. Enter all information into electronic health records (EHR).

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

You Have:

* Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, human services or related field.

* 6 months experience working with patients specifically children and young adults.

* Experience with conflict resolution.

* Experience handling sensitive information.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
