We are looking for an Environmental Engineer who thrives in a fast paced, hands on environment and wants to make a measurable difference across a national manufacturing footprint. In this role, you will go beyond compliance. You will help shape environmental strategy, influence operations, and drive meaningful sustainability initiatives across our facilities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, a technical expert in environmental programs, and a key partner in ensuring we operate responsibly and efficiently.

• Lead environmental compliance efforts across air, water, and waste programs
• Interpret and apply environmental regulations to operations
• Develop compliance strategies across multiple facilities
• Prepare permits, emissions inventories, and regulatory submissions
• Partner with operations to evaluate environmental impact
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Lead training programs and mentor junior engineers
• Drive sustainability initiatives
  

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• 3 plus years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of air permitting, wastewater, and hazardous waste programs
• Experience with EPA and regulatory agencies
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent
• Advanced degree or certifications like PE and CHMM a plus
• Specialized expertise in air, water, or sustainability a plus
