Our Industrial Group, and in particular, our architectural practice is growing. GRAEF is looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us continue to grow. At GRAEF, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types throughout the country, from small to large, and simple to complex.

For the right Architect, being a member of the GRAEF Industrial Architecture group will provide opportunities to:



  • Lead project design teams and work directly with clients.
  • Prepare plans, details, and specifications.
  • Review code requirements and write reports.
  • Preparation of project proposals and presentations.
  • Develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Mentor less experienced staff.


In order to be considered for our Architect position, we are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:



  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of design and project management experience.
  • Professional Registration in at least one (1) state.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the design of industrial or industrial-like building projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
