We are seeking a motivated intern to support an AIdriven corrective action automation project. In this role, you will help develop an AI agent that analyzes corrective actions, identifies key focus areas, and supports global teams through a user-friendly front end and PowerBI reporting. This internship offers handson experience with AI, data analysis, and digital tool development in a collaborative environment.     The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $21 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    This is what you will do in this role:

    • Work with crossfunctional teams to understand corrective action processes and data.

    • Use an AI agent to read and analyze corrective actions, identifying trends and focus areas that require deeper investigation.

    • Assist in building a frontend tool that allows users to check whether similar corrective actions already exist or are being addressed in other regions.

    • Support the development of a PowerBI dashboard to visualize correctiveaction trends and project outcomes.

    • Help prepare and organize datasets needed for AI model testing and validation.

    • Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of the AI solution.

    This is what we are looking for:

    • No prior professional experience required.

    • Technical fields such as Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

    • Basic familiarity with programming, data analytics, or PowerBI is a plus but not required.

    • Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively

    • Active listener with a desire to learn from others

    • Highly motivated to explore and learn new technologies

    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions
