We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team in Golden Valley, MN, supporting the strategic transformation of our Pool Business Segment. In this role, you will serve as a key financial partner to the Supply Chain Manager and Global Commodity team, ensuring alignment and shaping supply chain strategy through advanced analytics, financial governance and forward-looking insights. You'll deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership, shaping decisions related to cost structure, productivity, sourcing strategy, and operational performance across the supply organization.

You will:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to Supply Chain Manager and Commodity leadership, ensuring alignment between supply chain initiatives, financial commitments and long-range business objectives

  • Oversee the continuous enhancement of performance measurement frameworks, scorecards and methodologies that enable visibility into cost, productivity and value creation

  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives, including the application of AIenabled tools, to improve forecasting accuracy, automate reporting, and elevate decision support for senior leadership.

  • Ensure consistency and integrity across supply chain dashboards, scorecards, and P&L readouts, delivering cohesive, accurate, and leadershipready financial narratives

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate, actionable insights that align with segment strategy and business goals

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to analyze material cost variances, identify structural drivers, and recommend corrective or strategic actions to senior stakeholders

  • Lead coordination efforts with global commodity managers and supply leadership to develop weekly outlooks, rolling forecasts, and annual plans that support long-term business objectives

  • Influence global commodity strategy by providing financial insight into sourcing decisions, risk mitigation, and savings opportunities, including within the Global Supply Material Savings Funnel

  • Serve as a financial integrator between supply initiatives and manufacturing operations, ensuring financial impacts are fully reflected in forecasts, plans, and communications

  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to senior leaders, enabling informed, datadriven decisions across the supply organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain finance, operations finance, or related roles ideally within complex global manufacturing environments

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a solid foundation in financial statements, GAAP, and cost accounting principles

  • Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial analysis, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and operate effectively across teams at all organizational levels in a matrixed, global organization

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, executivelevel presentation development, and data storytelling

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with ability to complete necessary analytical reports and provide written commentary and interpretation

  • Commitment to continuous learning and process optimization; thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and drive for accuracy

  • Experience with BI tools (Denodo, Power BI), financial reporting platforms (OneStream), and ERP systems (SAP Hana) preferred, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
