Minden, Nevada

The best people in this business usually aren't searching job boards.

They're already producing. Already respected in the market. Already building relationships that drive business.

That's exactly who we'd like to meet,

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Executive who wants more than just another sales role. This is an opportunity to build a market, grow meaningful partnerships, and work alongside a leadership team that values execution, culture, accountability, and people.

If you're someone who thrives on relationships, credibility, and long-term growth, this could be the right next step.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Leadership that empowers people instead of micromanaging them

  • The autonomy to grow your business with the support of a strong operational team

  • Thoughtful onboarding, training, and ramp support designed for long-term success

  • A collaborative culture where sales and operations genuinely work together

  • Growth opportunity within a stable, respected national organization

  • Flexibility that supports both professional success and personal balance

  • A company investing in the future of title and escrow through technology, people, and relationships

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada

  • Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through

  • Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention

  • Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market

Who Thrives Here

People who are:

  • Competitive, but relationship-driven

  • Self-motivated and accountable

  • Trusted within their market and community

  • Focused on long-term growth rather than short-term transactions

  • Looking for strong leadership, culture, and opportunity - not just another commission plan

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2- 5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Requires a valid driver's license.

If you're building a career, not simply chasing your next deal, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.

Because the right environment still matters.

The right leadership still matters.

And great people still make the difference.
