Position Overview The OST Training and Communications team delivers role-specific learning experiences to more than8,000team members and leaders across Grainger's Fulfillment Network, building the capabilities required for operational excellence and workforce readiness at scale. TheTraining Program Manager, Operationsis part of the Operations Support Training and Communications Team, reporting to the Manager, Training Delivery. This roleis responsible forowning the strategy, design, and execution of scalable training programs that build critical skills, close performance gaps, and support operational transformation across the network. This role serves as a key partner to operations leadership, aligning learning initiatives with business priorities and ensuring programs deliver measurable impact. Leveragingexpertisein adult learning, facilitation, and program management, the Training Program Manager drives end-to-end program ownership, influences cross-functional stakeholders, and enables sustained performance improvement at scale.
