The Enterprise Service Delivery Manager role is a direct supervisor to the IT Specialists, Application Specialists, and System Administrators (depending on the team focus) ensuring that daily operations continue to move forward effectively. This individual will work with all business partners in Information Technology along with frontline\back-office departments to establish the delivery expectations of technology, understand if those expectations are being met, and adjust process\policy\procedure to overcome unmet expectations.

As an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager, you will:


  • Manage technical groups and evaluate individual/team performance.
  • Collaborate with all partners for application evaluations and application performance.
  • Lead analysis of application efficiencies/degradations and implement solutions.
  • Communicates progress on priorities and budget to management and team.
  • Collaborate with other functions of IT to ensure proper integration of applications.
  • Lead project initiatives with IT and business functions.
  • Lead vendor discussions to help maintain efficient systems and processes.
  • Provide solution recommendations that best fit enterprise needs.
  • Develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified applications.
  • Responsible for team maintenance of system documentation.
  • Establish and report on benchmarks for team/application/change performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, test and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
  • Enable best practices and develop process automation.
  • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Directly supervise the IT Support, Application Support, and System Administrator Teams in accordance with Nicolet's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, mentoring and development planning; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years' experience in IT related fields including application support and project management.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience.
  • Leadership of a team.
  • ITIL Understanding.
  • Project Management.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with results-oriented skills and thinking.
  • Understand the workflow and process requirements of business units related to assigned applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener, and work well with a diverse group of customers.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
